Your company can choose between two different shell scheme solutions if you want to participate with a booth at the ESTRO 27 industrial exhibition. This will provide as uniform a look as possible in the exhibition area.
As usual, empty floor space will be sold. This is so that companies can use their own stand building company. Click here for the Exhibition floor space application form.
Exhibitors who have not supplied us with name of their stand building company by 15 July 2008 will automatically be allocated a shell scheme for their booth. This is to avoid exhibitors showing up for the congress without having anything prepared or booked. It is in everybody’s interest to have as attractive an exhibition as possible and empty booth areas do not constitute a good image for the exhibition.
Exhibiting companies who wish to book a complete shell scheme with furniture are offered the following solution.
