Delegate packages
Here you can order the delegate badges you will need for the congress as well as tickets for the social event organised by ESTRO for 17 September.
Each technical exhibiting company/organisation is entitled to a complimentary badge for every 3m² of exhibition space and one congress bag per booth. Additional badges for individuals representing your company may be purchased at a cost of:
€50 for ESTRO corporate members
€75 for companies who are not corporate members
Exhibitor badges entitle the holder to admission into the exhibition hall, the scientific sessions and lunch.
This service will be available from 14 August 2008.
Visitor packages
Here you can order the visitor passes you will need for the congress.
Visitor passes are available for €80 per day. A visitor pass includes lunch but does not include congress material, and does not give access to the scientific sessions and social events.
