Payment of Fees

Register before 6 March to receive the discounted registration fee.  Registration can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express only). Cheques will not be accepted.

Registration to the congress includes programme and abstract books, admission to all congress sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and the social event.

Registration to pre-congress courses includes the course book, admission to the selected pre-congress course, coffee breaks and lunch during the course.

*to register as a student you should send your up-to-date student card before registration to: maria.sapriza@estro.be  Institute letters are not accepted.
**the registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the opening reception, social evening and exhibition area.

Upon receipt of your registration form, a confirmation of your registration will be forwarded to you electronically.

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the meeting, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges of 15%. Between 3 months and 1 month before the meeting, the refund will be 50% of the fee. No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked after 14 August 2008.
